This policy explains how the GBDiff team ("we") handles personal data on gbdiff.pages.dev and in connection with our reports. Contact: marin6.maa@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Email address (and any name or company you choose to give) when you pre-order or buy a report, or sign up for updates.
- Order data needed to complete a purchase (product, price, date). Payment card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
Why we use it
- To deliver the report you bought and provide support, refunds and receipts.
- To send update emails if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who processes it
- Creem acts as merchant of record for paid orders. It processes payment, billing and tax data under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, for security and delivery.
- Our email provider (Google Gmail) is used to send and receive emails.
No selling of data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically up to 5 years). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Other correspondence is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing marin6.maa@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records that the law requires us to keep.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. Creem's checkout pages, when used, are governed by Creem's own policy.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
